It had to start from somewhere; it started in GBHS Mbengwi a year ago. No matter what, these fumbling attempts by the children might be the start of a great career as an artist.
the Principal of GBHS Mbengwi, Mr Victor TITA FOMUNYAM, permitted all students with some drawing talents to develop their skills in the school, by authorizing the existence of the Visual Arts Club. With a genius such as Mr TEBIT Michael in the administration, or even people such as Mrs AFON, and so many people among both administrative and teaching staff,  who all encouraged the idea, the budding artists could but enjoy a conducive atmosphere for them to quietly develop their talents.
Our One-day Visitor, Ms. Philisiwe Sibiya, MTN's Chief Executive Officer, whose foundation installed a multimedia Centre in our school, here drawn by Artist Ecclesiates of Form 3
The Visual Arts Club is now 2 years old, and this year, the new executive Bureau, voted by both new and old members has replaced the old one, whose President Edwin of Upper Sixth Science and his team handed over to President Samantha  of Form V and a new ex-com. We have selected and posted some of the best drawings and the artists have to view this, learn their shortcomings and improve in future.
Please, do not hesitate to add your comment below the page. Some pictures were posted here by mistake; for this we want to plead for your king indulgence
